Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Kenosis Homes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.

The product is missing parts or components.

You are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it within the eligible return period, provided it remains unused and in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

Be reported within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products.

Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Products damaged during self-installation or by third-party installers.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order for general returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Attach clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging.

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Return Approval
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

We may arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

In certain locations, customers may be required to ship the item to our designated return address.

Returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Return approval does not guarantee a refund until the product passes inspection.
Refund Process
After the returned product passes inspection:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, the credited amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or payment details for refund processing.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.

Refunds for approved cancellations are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
International Orders

International orders may be eligible for replacement in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return shipping costs for international orders may be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by Kenosis Homes.
Refund Refusal
Kenosis Homes reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if:

The product shows signs of installation, use, or damage caused after delivery.
