Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.

A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹1,000 and will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract additional handling charges.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Address Changes
Address modifications can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
