Shipping & Delivery

At Kenosis Homes, we strive to deliver your bathroom accessories safely and promptly across India and selected international destinations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹1,000 and will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract additional handling charges.
International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
International Orders: Up to 15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Address Changes

Address modifications can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to most locations across India and selected international destinations. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.
